After 15 years as a Commercial / Property Lawyer, I became an internet entrepreneur with an initial investment in an online tendering system for home and personal loans. That company, Loansurf NZ Limited, owns registered patents for the online tendering of loans in New Zealand & Australia.

I have spent the last few years developing NZ's only online platform allowing lawyers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and clients to follow developments, in real time, as their sale and purchase transactions proceed through the legal process. The system is called KeyTrack and is now licenced to many property and conveyancing law firms around New Zealand. In addition to assisting lawyers with workflow solutions, the site allows parties involved in house transactions to be notified in real time about key events in the conveyancing process. Another site that I developed is www.conveyancing.co.nz. This is a portal/directory of lawyers, legal executives,conveyancers,real estate agents,valuers, surveyors,financiers,insurance companies and house movers who assist in the conveyancing process throughout NZ. Recent property news is also located on the site together with a blog going live soon. (20 May 2009)
