Margaret has been Cake Decorating for many years with both Tradional and Modern designs specialising in Wedding cakes.
Margaret has seen many changes from the Tradional fruit cake now the brides of today are going away from this and having all flavours as their tier cakes-as most young couples of today do not like fruit cake-
even the style of cake and design has changed most liking the stacked cake design being simple and elgeant being the most popular with a lovely ribbon and either hand made flowers -which keep for along time or fresh flowers on the day ( which you have to be very careful when chosing these for your cake -but some like their cake to a little different to a modern design.

We now offer 13 cake flavours to our clients to choose from.
-The fruit cake is a family reciepe and it is best made in advance up to-2- 3-months before the celbration to mature and bring out the flavour of the cake. all other cake are made the week of the celbration so they are all made fresh. and from stratch

21st cakes are proving popular again for 21sts for both sexes. We do student cakes for your son or daughter at Universtiy or Polytech and you are wondering how to go about it as you live either up in Auckand,Wellington ,Chrischurch etc -Margaret
