One of the key themes of the series was that innovation emerges most frequently at the boundaries of traditional sectors and groups. This was evidenced by formal case studies, by contributions from the floor, and by the problem solving that began to emerge spontaneously between participants from across the three sectors.
The Centre is now working to scope priority projects, building on the issues identified during the series. We are tremendously grateful for the contributions of the more than 400 people who attended sessions in Auckland and Wellington. We are also very excited by the passion displayed, and the offers to contribute to the projects in the pipeline.
