Publish your knowledge base, forums, FAQs and other content on the portal and tie directly into your ticket processing. To complete the branding, add it to your domain with your own email address and SSO/authentication in any language you want - even one we don’t know.

And Zendesk plays well with others. We have an extensive set of APIs and painless integration to other cloud services such as the 37signals products, Salesforce.com, Freshbooks, Yammer, Twitter etc. We even help you pull legacy application data into your help desk with our Zendesk widgets. For a one-man shop or freelancer Zendesk is only $9 a month. And it's a snap to set up. Our regular version is $19 per agent and we have a Plus+ edition for those customers that need stuff like SSL certificate hosting, remote backup and real-time reporting feeds.
