Based in Auckland, New Zealand, I am a parent & part time Graphic Designer with 8 years experience.

Since I graduated from Unitec (Bachelor of Visual Communications) in 2000, I began my career as the junior designer in a succesful internal branding studio (Brand by Voice), where I worked for 2 years until their relocation to Australia. Freelancing then introduced me to book design & I became involved with Anne Geddes & PQ Publishers with whom I completed various contracts over the last 6 years.
Since 2006 I have been hired part time by the Anne Geddes studio for various contracts in their web team including the last 2 full redesigns (www.annegeddes.com).
And additionally since 2007 I have designed the website, menus & additional collateral for Ponsonby's Prohibition Restaurant (www.prohibition.co.nz).
General corporate identity & event invitations are constant.

I have had the pleasure of working with, & for, the following companies in either waged, freelance or sporadic contractual capacities;
• Brand by Voice Ltd (Creative & Strategy Assistant 1999-2002) with whom I worked on Vodafone, AMP, Sheffield & United Networks.
• Nutshell Marketing & Productions (Designer 2001-cont) with whom I worked on HBK, Continental Cars, ANZ & Higbee-Schaffler.
• M.I.L.K (Mac Operator & Designer 2002).
• Saatchi & Saatchi (Designer 2003-2004).
• Farenheit 212º (Designer 2004).
• PQ Blackwell (Designer 2004).
• Anne Geddes (Print & Web Designer 2002-2006).
• In addition to these there are numerous smaller business with whom I have enjoyed working with as well.

I am a confident and content designer & I find satisfaction in completing jobs independently from concept to completion, though I also enjoy working in a cooperative team.
I am competent with copywriting, illustrating & strategic input.
The Mac software I am presently adept in is Photoshop, Quark, Illustrator & Freehand. I am presently adjusting to Adobe CS & InDesign & looking forward to having more opportunity to advance these skills.

I pride myself in completing honest, well executed design & I consistantly strive for a perfect finish.
