Project teams are sized to suit the commission, but our preference is to have smaller, more experienced support teams for large and small projects alike. In our experience this offers a more efficient method of working as all staff members have an intimate knowledge of the task at hand. Maintaining continuity of Director level involvement on a day to day basis has greater benefits for the project as a whole.
