Salvare Estate

Salvare – (sal- var- eh) is the Latin from which we derive the word Salvation.

As one of Hawke’s Bays newer boutique wineries, we endeavour to bring passion, enthusiasm and a personalised approach to your wine tasting experience.

Located on the famed Ngatarawa Triangle at Bridge Pa, Salvare’s relaxed casual style is not only reflected in our elegant Hawkes Bay wines and foods but also in our “Red Barn” tasting room.

Join us to taste our range of Salvare Wines made by winemaker Elise Montgomery. These include our single estate Chardonnays made from the best handpicked fruit grown on our home vineyard, as well as our Hawke’s Bay Syrah, Merlot, Rose and Viognier made from quality fruit sourced from areas such as Gimblett Road and Dartmoor Valley.

While you are with us be sure to sample our range Hawkes Bay produce such as our Salvare Olive Oil, Dukkah and Chardonnay Mustard while viewing art works by local Hawke’s Bay artists as well as the work of Greytown artist Lisa Matthys whose works have been used for our labels.
