Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner – Property Investors, New ZealandComing from a line of family property investors, Rustica has long been involved in property and now lives and works between Auckland, Nelson and the Gold Coast.

After completing a BA in Psychology and Education at Otago University from 1987-89, Rustica spent fifteen years building a career in Training and Development, including having her own small consultancy (since 2002) The Sales Training Group. Having attended the Richmastery programme in May 2004, Rustica took action to reduce her hours to four days week and in May 2005 Rustica started property investing full time.

She is passionate about making a difference and is the Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner for Property Investors in New Zealand. She believes (to borrow a phrase from ETA chips) “to give motivation, you need to be an inspiration”. She works hard in her own life, in what she does and who she is, to try and be an inspiration for others, so they too can have the life they choose. Her motto is still what it was from the time she read her first self help book at 21 (The courage to be yourself), “be true to yourself”. Although, “if you don’t ask, you don’t get”, applies quite well to a lot of things, including sale and purchase agreements!

Her speciality property consulting focuses on helping property investors improve their cashflow, through helping them understand their path of least resistance. Rustica offer Cash Flow Boardroom and online teleclasses for Property Investors in New Zealand.

Through The Property Education Centre www.propertyeducationcentre.co.nz she has created an unbiased, one stop shop for all property courses, resource and professionals in New Zealand. For professionals she has also provided a cost effective method of promoting your services.

Rustica has a love of all animals. She is a WSPA and SPCA sponsor, and regularly contributes to the Bali Street Dogs through he fund, ‘BaliAsu’ – the Centre for Abandoned Dogs in Bali. Her vision is for every SPCA in New Zealand and Australia to have an education centre for children, combining her skills in teaching with her passion for property and animals.
