PropertyDeal is New Zealands first secure online offer and negotiation system for real estate sales.

The PropertyDeal system enables buyers to prepare and submit a conditional or unconditional offer on properties listed for sale with PropertyDeal, or any other property for sale in New Zealand.

The agent or vendor is notified of an offer via text and electronically sent the details of each offer for review. Agents and vendors who have listed properties or are members can login and review the details of the offer online.

The negotiation can continue with each party counter-offering through PropertyDeal, or directly.

When an agreement is reached, PropertyDeal displays the information which can be over-printed onto a Real Estate Institute and Auckland District Law Society Eighth Edition Sale and Purchase Agreement ready for signatures from either party.

PropertyDeal provides a comfortable, private and simple means for a buyer to submit an offer. This helps to minimise the stress and pressure usually associated with negotiating a property sale. Furthermore, we streamline the process by enabling all parties (agents, vendors, lawyers etc) to engage online saving the need for time consuming travel, or dependence on another's schedule.

Properties can be listed for sale for an affordable, no contract, no commission listing fee, or real estate agents and property developers can customise and integrate the system into their own site.

The service is free of charge for buyers to use.
