Pro Value Ltd provides independent property valuations and consultancy services for home owners, companies, trusts and property investors. Using up-to-date systems, we produce easy-to-read electronic or hard copy valuation reports. These comprehensive reports include photos of comparable sales within the region and an easy to read breakdown including a section on prevailing market conditions.

We offer 64 years of combined experience in property and valuation consultancy. Our team of valuers are all members of the Property Institute of New Zealand, the governing body that regulates valuers as to their professionalism, code of ethics and practice standards including rules of conduct.
