Leanne having returned to New Zealand after living in the UK where she gained valuable experience under the professional tutorial guidance of Debbie Brown, Frances McNaughton and Carolyn White. Leanne also attended Squires Kitchen’s International School of Cake Decorating where she gained certification in ‘Celebration Miniature Cakes’.
Leanne uses a variety of decorating techniques that include sugar modelling and 3-D cake sculpturing. Leanne’s beautiful handcrafted sugar versions of stunning orchids, roses, and calla lilies are favourites adding beauty to your stunning centre piece.
