What makes us Made From New Zealand?
Pope Packaging was started about 30 years ago by Ken Pope which was originally "Manurewa timber & builders supplies" (his fathers company)
Manurewa timber & builders supplies was started by Patrick Pope about 50 years ago which gradually faded out as the larger companies such as Mitre 10 popped up around the country.
Ken saw an opportunity in the market to start a company that specialised in the building of timber crates, cases & pallets and offering the extra service of packing customers goods into the products we supplied.
30 years later, here we are specialising in the building & packaging of timber / plywood crates, cases & pallets for items from delicate artwork to large pieces of machinery & factory relocation.
