Polar Bear Farm is a software development company specialising in native applications for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch.

We're based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Founded in 2007, shortly after the release of the iPhone, we began by adding features that were missing. Our first two applications Search and ShowTime, filled a void in the initial iPhone feature set. As one of the first commercial developers for the iPhone, we've been supporting development on this outstanding new platform from day one.

Our team are hugely passionate about Apple products and we strive to create exciting new applications with a focus on fresh design and addictive user experience.
