On The Edge Trust

ON THE EDGE Trust is a social enterprise, that was created by school leaders in 2003. They were seeking to build the capacity of leadership in Wellington Region – in their colleges and communities.

Based in Wellington with a national focus we aim to share leadership insights, tools, resources, practical solutions and ideas with other leaders. We are passionate about inspiring young people of all cultures and backgrounds to have a positive impact on their communities. We want to see leaders within their own communities take initiative and gain credit for their own success.
