North Harbour Valuers

North Harbour Valuers was established in January 2004 by Murray Pelham. He graduated from Auckland University in 1986 with a Bachelor in Property Administration.

Murray was awarded a study Scholarship with the Government Valuation Department where he was employed from 1986-1995 at the Takapuna office and reached the position of Acting District Valuer.

He then persued a career in private practice on the North Shore with work ranging from standard residential and commercial properties through to more complex assignments including large scale hypothetical subdivisions,shopping centres,churches and sporting complexes, compensation work, arbitrations and court work, and also premium North Shore homes from 1995-2003.

Being "born and bred" on the Shore he has built up a reputation for being one of the most experienced and well respected valuers currently practicing in the region. The proof is in the wide cross section of clients who are provided with personalised service and demand and receive accurate and timely advice for all their property transactions.

While the core business is the North Shore they also have expanded into the Rodney region with a specialist valuer also in this region with over 20 years experience.

Advice is also given in the wider Auckalnd region for special projects such as Compensation issues under the Public Works Act. Because of their experience in the market if they are not the best people to provide you with your advice they can refer you to the appropriate Valuer across the country or other related professional services that may be required.
