Measure and Draw is the professional way to acquire accurate plans of what's existing. Whether it is through Measuring or Paper to CAD conversion.

Inhouse we do Kitchen and Bathroom Alteration consent plans for you to take to council.

If we can see that the council will require detailed structural design we forward your plans to our Associate Structural Designers.

We service those who are thinking about commencing a LARGE STRUCTURAL DESIGN ALTERATION or those who need ASBUILTS draughted for another purpose - ie COA (If it was built with no plans and now needs concent). We supply CAD files, PDFs and A3 Printouts where required.

If you are thinking of going ahead with a large structural design alteration sometime in the future and want to do it in the most cost effective way, than it is a must that you get your existing building plans and siteplan recreated on computer first. We can get this done for you right away.

You only need to get this done once as these plans can be used for all future designs.

These aims are achieved with state of the art laser measuring equipment, paper scanners and registered versions of AutoCAD and other CAD software using custom made dynamic blocks.
