As a mum with a passion for natural and organically grown food, I wanted to give my children the best. So since they were little I set about baking for their morning and afternoon tea, playgroups, birthdays etc. Studying Naturopathy made me aware of just how much wheat and dairy dominated our diets and the effect it can have on our bodies. I began substituting the wheat and dairy, and had fantastic results!
It became clear that the natural progression was to experiment with gluten free flours and quite soon an amazingly light, moist and really delicious gluten, dairy and soy free chocolate cake emerged
