KiwiHost was first introduced to New Zealand in 1989 by the New Zealand Tourism Board. Back then we offered only two products. Thousands of New Zealanders working in the tourism and hospitality industry completed these workshops and became staunch KiwiHost advocates.

In 1998 KiwiHost was sold to private owners and became the franchise system we have today with over 18 local franchisee offices throughout New Zealand from Kaitaia to Bluff. It was during this time that the product range expanded and now caters for any business - any industry at every level from senior management to frontline staff, from customer service to sales agents.

Through our 18 offices nationwide, KiwiHost is the country(TM)s only dedicated customer service training organisation. A number of our programmes are also linked to NZQA standards. Courses and workshops are run all year round and can be incorporated into in-house programmes.
