Aromatherapy - Using a selection of different oils to give a therapeutic massage, or make up a blend to ease aches, pains and various illnesses and conditions. The Essential Oils are a beautiful way to treat different ailments of the body and mind. I can supply a selection of Essential Oils in 5ml-10ml bottles. Bach Practitioner - As a Bach Practitioner I will help the individual choose a remedy to deal with moods and temperaments that are presenting in their life. These different moods and temperaments can prevent us from moving forward. This can manifest as illness within the body. By working on the emotions the body is able to heal itself. There are 38 different remedies to choose from, each dealing with a different aspect. They may all be combined, concentrating on the core issue. The remedies are subtle and gentle, working at the pace of the individual in order to heal.

Dr Edward Bach, the founder of the remedies, believed we manifest illness in our body when we do not follow our true vocation in life and fight against what our intuition is telling us to do. By ignoring it the body can only become ill, striving to make us change course. The remedies allow us to listen and heal. They may be used along with Allopathic medicine. I am able to prescribe a remedy for any individual - send me an email describing how you are feeling, what emotions are on the surface, and a little about what is going on for you.
