Hillcrest Electronics is Dave Bursell's home-based business in Mairangi Bay on the North Shore of Auckland, New-Zealand. What makes Dave's business unique is that clients are dealing face-to-face with the real and highly skilled human who does the hands-on work on their valued machines.

Unlike some big computer firms where you take in your machine and it is swallowed by faceless corporation and is disgorged later fixed up to their rigid corporate standards, which may or may not suit the client, Dave's business is customer-centred.
