Gang is a vibrant graphic design agency founded in 2001 by Peter Croft and Derek Ventling. With over 40 years of experience in large design and advertising agencies both in Europe and New Zealand, we were convinced there was a demand for a different sort of company. One where clients had the opportunity to work directly with senior creative’s in an exciting and inspiring way. One where collaboration and networking were exemplary, the outcome superb and where through it all everyone became friends.
