What makes us Made From New Zealand?
Although originally from the UK, my husband and I have lived and worked in NZ over 10 years. Both our children are kiwi's and this is home to us all. I believe that New Zealand is one of the few countries in the world that can pretty safely use fareshare in the safest way possible. The population is such that we are forever meeting friends of friends and so many of us travel miles and miles for work or courses or for visits to family and friends. The website has been set up for everyone to ask as many questions as possible so they are confident and happy with the lift or dropping of goods to be transported around the country. When I first bought goods from trademe 10 years ago I wondered if I would ever get the goods in the post - of course I did, because 99% of people are honest. The same applies to fareshare. I urge people to use it and save petrol and the environement at the same time.
