Entrepreneurs’ Challenge

The University of Auckland Business School Entrepreneurs’ Challenge, made possible by a generous three-million-dollar foundation gift from New Zealand philanthropist and businessman, Charles Bidwill, offers finance, mentoring, profile and prestige to growth-oriented New Zealand SMEs.

The Challenge brings together an extensive network of organisations and businesspeople. Most SMEs with a minimum annual turnover of one million dollars are eligible to apply and while the focus is on SMEs, companies seeking early stage funding will also be considered. Such applications will be looked at on a case by case basis. Up to one million dollars annually will be made available for investment.

The University of Auckland Business School Entrepreneurs’ Challenge is a call to action, a good old-fashioned leg-up and a catalyst for growth. The Challenge supports tomorrow’s leading businesses today.
