Catchlight Design

In 1999, Brockdin Barr a former radio station programmer created his first website, which subsequently won the b.net Best New Zealand Music Website Award 2000. This recognition meant that a host of New Zealand music industry clients came knocking for websites and Catchlight Design was born.

Back in Christchurch New Zealand, after an OE that saw Brockdin working in the design studio of U2 in Ireland, Catchlight now lead the field in web standard compliant websites, adopting the web production discipline as early as 2002. Catchlight believe in providing measureable value to clients and 'keeping it simple' in both its approach to web design and guiding clients through web technology. Catchlight have clients throughout New Zealand and in Ireland, United Kingdon, Norway and Australia.
