Camera House was founded in 1951 by the Kerridge Odeon Company, which was at that time the owner of a large chain of picture theatres throughout New Zealand. Camera House as we all know it today is owned by Fujifilm, a company recognised globally as the leader in its field for technological innovation and high quality.

Our current focus is on providing the best possible range of photographic products at the best possible prices, combined with a commitment to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate superior product knowledge. All our stores offer on site one-hour photo processing as well as reprints and enlargements. All of our stores are equipped to print photos from digital cameras, or transfer them to CD. The Camera House stores stock a fantastic range of photo frames, photo albums, camera bags and binoculars as well as an extensive amount of photographic accessories (including accessories for digital cameras).
