Owner and Pastry Chef, Ewald Boss is one of New Zealand’s most experienced and talented Pastry Chefs with 30 years experience in the hospitality industry.

Ewald learned his trade in a small pastry shop in South Germany and worked his way up into the exciting world of famous 5-star hotels such as the Kulm Hotel in St Moritz, Switzerland; The Drake in Chicago; The Hilton in Bangkok and The Regent Hotel in Auckland.

In 1989, Ewald fulfilled his dream and established 'Konditorei Boss' in Parnell and later moved his business to scenic Titirangi in West Auckland. Ewald’s success is based on high quality and excellent customer service and his artistic flair is well presented by his Novelty and Wedding cake creations.
