Body Talks

Hi, I'm Erena Oliver, and I have been working with BodyTalk since 2003. I am a certified BodyTalk practitioner and BodyTalk Access Tutor.

As a BodyTalk practitioner, I offer sessions to local clients & distance sessions to those who unable to travel to my clinic, whether in New Zealand or other parts of the world. These sessions address their physical, emotional and mental health needs and help their bodies begin their own healing journey.

After working with BodyTalk for several years and continuing my studies in this fascinating area of health care I became a BodyTalk Access Trainer because I believe it is important that everyone has access to the simple and safe techniques of BodyTalk Access. Anyone can learn these self-help techniques and put them into practice to improve their own health and well-being, and that of those around them.
