Supercollider
Supercollider Ltd is a business partnership between Producer Paul Swadel and Animation Director James Cunningham. With successful separate careers, their collaborations as 'Supercollider' seem to consistently strike gold. Over the last 12 years they have produced globally significant animation work from their base in New Zealand. Their Film 'Infection' competed at the Cannes International Film Festival, the Sundance Film Festival and 20 other international 'A-list' Film Festivals. Paul and James are developing an performance-capture driven CGI feature film with International Partners, and are currently post-producing a proof of concept short film 'Poppy', that was shot on the Weta Digital motion-capture soundstage. Poppy features Matthew Sunderland, Winner of Best Actor Award at the 2008 NZ Screen Awards.
